TCS Development Center in Visakha? After the arrival of CM Chandrababu, there is a positive atmosphere for investments in the state. Many companies are showing interest in investing in Amaravati and Visakhapatnam in the context of the government’s announcement that they will support companies investing in AP. Recently, Tata Tata Group Chairman Chandrasekaran met AP CM Chandrababu. The CM discussed with him about the new industrial policy that the state government wants to bring. The CM requested the Tata Chairman to set up a TCS development center in Visakhapatnam with all the facilities as a haven for investments. The CM asked Air India and Vistara Airlines, which are part of the Tata companies, to expand their operations in AP as well. He seems to have responded positively to that. The state government has decided to set up a special task force to provide suggestions, advice and plans for industrial development. While this task force is going to be formed with renowned industrialists and experts in the respective fields, CM Chandrababu will be the chairman of this task force and Tata Group chairman Chandrasekaran will be the co-chairman. The state government is preparing the Vision 2047 document with the aim of making AP the number 1 state by 2047
