State Minister for Women, Child Welfare and Tribal Welfare Varyulu Gummidi Sandhyarani was the Chief Guest on the occasion of 78th Independence Day at Government Junior College grounds in Parvathipuram Manyam District Center and addressed the program. Happy Independence Day of India to everyone. Happy day of freedom and independence. This Independence Day is the fruit of the sacrifices of many great people like the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Many national leaders were martyred in the pursuit of independence. I pay my heartfelt respects to all the great immortals. The sacrifices of great people and their ambitions should not be wasted. Everyone should work with dedication in nation building and invent a better nation. It is known that since independence, the central and state governments have been working hard for the development of the country. As part of this, it is known to all that the state government is implementing many welfare programs especially towards poverty alleviation considering the development and welfare sectors as two eyes. The general elections were held across the country and were successfully completed in the state and district as part of it. In the state Govt. A new government was formed under the leadership of Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu. I am informed that the government will take steps to lead the state in the path of development. “Vision Andhra 2047” document will be prepared and a comprehensive action will be implemented to set the pace of development in the state. An action plan is being prepared in the district for the next hundred days and similarly for the coming year
